Hungry? Boy we are. We have been anticipating the opening of Izaak’s for quite some time now. Well, since Last Year!

Excitement surrounds the restaurant this week as we prepare for the Grand Opening this Thursday Nite April 28th.

Last minute details seem to pile up and we are running around trying to tie up the loose ends. Line cooks are here, the front of the house staff is settling in.

Chris the new Bar Nanager is testing and tasting, and making sure the new beer lines are good to go. The boys next door at Headhunters have approved the beer selection, and they should know, and we are excited to offer some of the Montana beers again, the coldest canned and bottled, along with a great selection, in town. And for the liquor, well do you like Scotch, bourbon, vodka yo say?

Chef John Winders is madly preparing the New Menu which includes an impressive array of Apps, salads, and KC Style BBQ. Oh my, BBQ you day? Yes, who does not love a good rack of ribs, a great pulled pork sando? We all do.

The new menu items will be up shortly, as we get through the first weekend and look forward to seeing all your smiling faces as you not only enjoy the greatest river in MT, but also the deeelicious fare at your local Eatery, Izaak’s!!

Izaak’s Opening April 28th for your diverse dining fishing experience…

This year there are some changes at Izaak’s. Just like the streambed changes yearly, so do we. And this year is no different.

• Coming to you table-side this year will be a new menu including some Texas Style BBQ smoked right here on the property.
• A new Fresh Lite Menu for the folks not requiring a huge portion of Smoked Prime Rib.
• Family Friendly Fare too!
• Cappuccino, Espresso, and Latte’s for a pick me up, before and after fishing!
• Delicious mouth watering ice creams.
• New fabulous wines by the glass. A great selection of beers on tap. And of course perfectly poured cocktails from our bar.
